Charles Kitalya (MA-RLA, LLM-LAM, BSc. LMV) is a fully registered property valuer, land administration and management specialist, and licensed tax consultant with over 15 years of professional experience in Tanzania. He brings extensive expertise in property valuation, compulsory land acquisition, land governance, urban planning and development, compensation systems, and real estate taxation.

Chiku Juma Mkina (LLM-LAM, BSc. LMV), is a Fully Registered Valuer with over 15 years of professional experience in property valuation, land administration, real estate consulting, compensation assessment, and project management. She has led major valuation and land acquisition projects across Tanzania, including infrastructure, energy, transportation, and public sector developments.

Sophia Emmanuel William (MA-RLA, BSc. LMV) is a Land Management and Valuation professional with expertise in property valuation, real estate taxation, revenue law, and land administration. She holds a Master of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor of Science in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University. Sophia combines strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of property finance, asset assessment, and tax compliance, enabling her to deliver effective solutions in land, valuation, and revenue-related matters.

Gwamaka Nelson (BSc. LMV) is a Fully Registered Valuer with over 15 years of professional experience in property valuation, land administration, project management, and real estate consultancy. He has served in various local government authorities including Dodoma City, Arusha, and Ngorongoro District Councils, contributing to major valuation and land acquisition projects.

Ally Amiry Saidi (BSc. LMV) is a Fully Registered Valuer with over 10 years of professional experience in property valuation, commercial real estate consulting, and project management. He has extensive experience in valuations for compensation, taxation, rating, mortgage, financial reporting, and property transfers across Tanzania.

Thabit Salim (BSc. LMV) is a practising valuer and Associate Consultant at Mado Consultants Limited with over five years of professional experience in property valuation, land acquisition, compensation assessment, and valuation for financial reporting purposes.

Ahmadi Bakari Mwampese (BSc. LMV), is a fully registered valuer with over 7 years of professional experience in property valuation, commercial real estate consulting, and project management. As an Associate Consultant at Mado Consultants Limited, he provides valuation and advisory services for compensation, taxation, rating, mortgage lending, transfer, and financial reporting purposes. Throughout his career, he has contributed to major assignments involving land acquisition, asset valuation, and land information management for government institutions, financial institutions, utility companies, and private sector clients across Tanzania. Mr. Mwampese holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University.
